Get Ready For Every Expedition With the 2018 Expedition

March 24th, 2017 by Sara

The 2018 Expedition is getting a face lift, but it isn't available until late 2017. A new front grille and a slightly more rounded shape are just the beginning. Inside your driving experience will change with a rotary shifter instead of an linear floor shifter. Seating up to eight passengers, the expedition has thought of those second row car seats. The second row folds, tips, and slides forwards depending on what you need. Despite all the potential chaos on the inside, you don't need to hear the road. Even the windshield has been designed to reduce noise while you're driving.

If you thought the 2017 Expedition Max was too small, then you'll be happy to know that the 2018 Expedition has gained some length. The Expedition gained 4" and added 3" to the wheelbase, and the Expedition Max grew 1" with an unchanged wheelbase. At almost a foot longer than the 2018 Expedition, the Expedition max can hold 16.8 Cu. ft more, and the third row gets a little more head and leg room. Even better? The third row will get the ability to recline.
