Our company in victoria needed work trucks right away and dave was up for the challenge. Withon 3 days he had found and secured exactly what we wanted under budget and in the short time frame he was given. He is very personable and knows is stuff when it comes to ford vehicles. We will be definitly be using him for future leases. He also got us great deals on accessories.

Our Explorer needed a tailgate motor and we needed it fixed super rush ( 2 boys in baseball , we need the tailgate to open) there was going to be a delay in getting time to fix it, but Dave came to our rescue. Not only did he sneak it in to get fixed over a couple of days but he also loaned us his own vehicle while ours was getting fixed. Once again Dave went above and beyond for his customers.

I was not in the marked for a new vehicle, rather a used vehicle, and came in and spoke to Ryan. We checked out multiple pre-owned vehicles, including one that I liked, and then Ryan and my spouse and I sat down, and spoke numbe,rs. Not only what I would get for a trade-in on my already paid-off 2015 vehicle, but what the used vehicle would cost, and the interest/financing involved. Ryan was very knowledgeable, and quite up-front about pros and cons of purchasing the used vehicle, even going so far as to inquire what the needs of the household were, as well as the needs/wants of the driver(s) in the house. In the end, it was apparent that it was more realistic to purchase a new vehicle, with applicable warranties and better financing. Had we not come to that decision on our own, I am still confident that Ryan would have been more than helpful in assisting us in purchasing the used vehicle. He was on top of things, and wanted to make sure what we got in our purchase was truly what we needed and wanted. After deciding to buy our truck, then it was a sit down with the efficient and effervescent Edie, who was very prompt, and professional, and made sure to explain the full process to us. In the end, the best interest rates were separated by 0.01%, and Edie made sure we got the best one, period. Buying a new vehicle is stressful, but knowing that you are going to get exactly what you wanted, and are given the opportunity to have your say, rather that be forced into a sale you are unsure of, makes a substantial difference. To know that Island Ford's personnel would rather have you getting exactly what you want, rather than something on the lot that 'might' fit your needs and budget sets the bar higher, without a doubt. Ryan and Edie, thank you very much for your time, and your efforts. I will recommend you to whomever is in the market for a new vehicle, because I know that even if they don't buy from you, they will be better informed, and have a better understanding for when they eventually do purchase a vehicle. As well, Deanna & Shayla in Service worked hard to accommodate us in getting our vehicle in to have the protection package completed. They were assisted by Devann, after getting the package completed, in having our vehicle ready for us to pickup after hours. It took extra effort to do so, as my spouse and I are both shift-workers, but the ladies assisted us ably. The only disappointment is, that even after a sizable trade-in, how expensive vehicles seem to becoming nowadays. Otherwise, I could say this experience was perfect. That being said, professionalism includes putting the client first, not the sale. I feel that Island Ford met this challenge head-on, and succeeded. It was a pleasure and privilege to deal with you all, and thank you for the opportunity to work with you..

My experience with everyone at the dealership was excellent from start to finish. Ryan Provençal was very knowledgeable on Ford trucks and answered any questions I had. I was impressed with the high quality of the customer service at Island Ford from my very first contact via email. That level of service continued from financing my new car and even after I drove off the lot in my new Mustang. I had come from Abbotsford, BC to buy my new car and trade in my older one. Ryan and Edie were hard working and made sure I got the car I was in love with. I will recommend Island Ford to anyone. They are by far the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Thanks again I love my new Mustang.
